- Complaint
To submit a complaint, follow the instructions below:
- Basis for the complaint
Write a complaint and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address and correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and its name, reason for the complaint, date of purchase, and occurrence of the defect.
- Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

By applicable law, under the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, art. 27 you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the returned product/products:

To the package with the statement and the returned product/products, attach all the accessories received with it/them and the receipt or invoice.

Due to the nature of the goods sold, returns cannot be accepted after opening the packaging.
