Terms of sale

    1. Sales in the “syntlab.pl” online store are conducted by

    2. Purchasing a product means accepting the “Terms of sale”.
    3. Each sale is registered with a named invoice.
    4. The sales document (VAT invoice) is sent via e-mail.
    5. Orders are processed within three working days from the moment of confirmation. The date of transfer of money to our account and the date of choosing the “cash on delivery” method is considered as confirmation.
    6. 6. Syntlab reserves the right to refuse to process an order if it suspects that the goods have been purchased for unlawful purposes.
    7. The company’s clients may be natural persons or business entities, provided they are over 18 years old.
    8. When selling certain products, the company may ask the buyer to complete a declaration of use. Information about this is included with some products. Declaration templates are available on our website.
    9. Syntlab.pl is not responsible for the improper use of purchased products against applicable law and the consequences of such use.
    10. Syntlab. pl accepts only complaints regarding quantity (lack of ordered goods) and quality (contamination or poor quality of goods). Due to the nature of the goods sold, returns cannot be accepted after opening the packaging. Complaints are considered within 14 days.
    11. A quality certificate and a material safety data sheet are attached to each offered product. If the above documents are not attached to the shipment, you can download them yourself from the product description at www.syntlab.pl. or ask to send e-mail an to office@syntlab.pl
    12. Delivery via couriers such as InPost, Poczta Polska, 
    • Delivery costs depend on the method of payment and the total weight of the order.
    • The shipping cost can be calculated after adding the item to the cart. The system automatically calculates and displays all available shipping options and prices.
    • If delivery using your carrier is impossible, we reserve the right to choose our carrier.
